I was born in Tehran and spent much of my formative life in Florence, Italy.
Living in Italy gave me something that can’t be learned from visiting for a few weeks or studying a market from abroad. It gave me an understanding of the language, culture, relationships, lifestyle, and everyday realities of life in Italy.
Today, I’m based in California while maintaining deep personal and professional connections to Italy.
Having lived between different countries and cultures, I understand both the excitement and the uncertainty that can accompany an international move or property purchase.
I also understand the expectations international clients bring with them: communication, responsiveness, organization, transparency, and knowing that someone is looking out for the bigger picture.
That perspective became the foundation for my work.
Why I Started This Work
I repeatedly saw the same problem. People fall in love with Italy. They begin imagining a home in Tuscany, a villa on Lake Como, an apartment in Florence, or a completely different lifestyle. Then they begin researching how to actually do it.
Suddenly there are real estate agents, attorneys, notaries, commercialisti, surveyors, residency requirements, banks, documents, contractors, utilities, translations, and dozens of questions they didn’t know they needed to ask.
For someone living thousands of miles away, it can become overwhelming. I wanted to create something different.
Rather than simply helping someone find a property, I wanted to create a service where the client could have one trusted relationship throughout the journey.
Someone they could call. Someone who understands Italy. Someone who understands them. And someone who can bring the right professionals and resources together when they’re needed.
That’s what I do.

I believe the first step isn’t showing someone properties. It’s listening.

Some clients simply need help finding and purchasing the right property.
